Spring

Following some Winter rains, Spring 2020 thus far is very beautiful. Early Nancy (Wurmbea dioica) are out in their thousands, joined in grassland rocky spines by Golden Moth Orchids (Diuris chryseopsis). In the damper woodland swales Native Buttercups (Ranunculus lappaceus) are bursting, and there are literally millions of Bulbine Lillies (Bulbine bulbosa) about to form a yellow carpet with Scaly Buttons (Leptorhynchos squamatus).

The Wandiyali Spring walk is scheduled for October 17, 9am. Please email wandiyali.restoration@gmail.com if you are interested as places are limited.

It is looking spectacular
